Die Mischung aus natürlichem Vollkornhafer, Whey Protein und mizellarem Casein ist nicht nur ein leckeres Frühstück für Sportler. Mit guten 16 Gramm Eiweiß pro Portion liefern dir die Pancakes von Oat King auch einen Beitrag zu täglichen Eiweißversorgung.

Einnahme

Gebe 4 Messlöffel (ca. 50g) Oat King Protein Pancake Pulver zusammen mit 125 ml lauwarmem Wasser in eine Schüssel und verrühre es gut mit einem Schneebesen. In einer leicht geölten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten etwa 2 Minuten goldbraun backen. Eine Packung Oat King Pancakes ergibt aus Erfahrung 10-12 Portionen.

Verkehrsbezeichnung: Pulvermischung für Protein Pancakes. Mit Zucker und Süßungsmittel.

Vor Wärme geschützt und trocken lagern.

Super schnell und super lecker
