Für die Nährstoffversorgung und den Masseaufbau sind die Ironmaxx Instant Oats ein idealer Energielieferant. Welchen Nutzen haben die Instant Oats?

Für Kraftsportler ist in der Massephase und bei intensivem Training die Energiezufuhr ein wichtiger Faktor. Die Instant Oats bestehen aus Hafervollkornmehl und liefern 68% Kohlenhydrate, 14% Eiweiße und 7% Fettsäuren. Es sind keine weiteren Zusatzstoffe zugesetzt, weshalb die Instant Oats von Ironmaxx problemlos mit Eiweißpulver oder anderen Supplementen gemischt werden können. Auch als Basis für Pancakes, Cookies und Porridge ist dieses Produkt gut geeignet.

Einnahme

Verwende die Instant Oats je nach Bedarf und Ziel mehrmals täglich. Eine gute Orientierung sind 40-60 Gramm (2-3 Esslöffel) mit 300 ml Wasser oder Milch und Proteinpulver. Vor Wärme geschützt und trocken lagern.
