Die Nachfrage nach solchen fettreduzierten Produkten scheint gro\u00df zu sein. Und dennoch: In Deutschland gibt es heute mehr \u00fcbergewichtige Menschen, als je zuvor. Am Fett scheint es also nicht zu liegen. Ganz im Gegenteil. Die einzelnen Makros leisten aber noch viel mehr.<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/www.muskelmacher-shop.de\/supplements\/masseaufbau\/kohlenhydrate\/\" error=\"true\" class=\"broken_link\">Kohlenhydrate<\/a>\u00a0 etwa sind sowohl f\u00fcr Dein Gehirn, als auch f\u00fcr Deine k\u00f6rperlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten der wichtigste Energielieferant. Auch deshalb empfiehlt <a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/www.dge.de\/)\" error=\"true\" class=\"broken_link\">die deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrung<\/a> Erwachsenen, t\u00e4glich mindesten 50 Prozent der t\u00e4glichen Energiemenge in Form von Kohlenhydraten aufzunehmen.<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/www.muskelmacher-shop.de\/supplements\/eiweisspulver-proteinpulver\/\" error=\"true\" class=\"broken_link\">Proteine<\/a>\u00a0 wirken in Deinem K\u00f6rper hingegen als Hormon, als Antik\u00f6rper bei der Infektabwehr und als Enzym. Auch als K\u00f6rperstruktur, etwa in der Haut, den Muskelfasern und dem Bindegewebe, kommt der Makron\u00e4hrstoff vor. Nach einiger Zeit stellt sich Dein K\u00f6rper dann komplett auf die Verbrennung von Fetten um. Nat\u00fcrlich kannst Du aber nur eine gewisse Menge an Fett zu Dir nehmen. Ein kompletter Verzicht ist hier nicht n\u00f6tig.<\/p><p>Eine Fettgruppe, mit der Du Dich in diesem Beitrag noch \u00fcberhaupt nicht besch\u00e4ftigt hast, sind die entarteten Fette: die Transfette. Sie entstehen in der industriellen Fertigung, wenn Pflanzenfette l\u00e4ngerfristig bei hohen Temperaturen erhitzt werden. Diese &#8220;geh\u00e4rteten&#8221; Fette sind dann in vielen Fertigprodukten wie in Backwaren, in Pl\u00e4tzchen und in Schoko-Brotaufstrichen enthalten. Selbiges gilt f\u00fcr Margarine und nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr frittierte Lebensmittel sowie Fast Food.<\/p><p>Zwar sind die Transfette f\u00fcr die Industrie sehr praktisch, da sie dabei helfen, die Nahrungsmittel haltbar zu machen. F\u00fcr Deinen K\u00f6rper sind sie hingegen eher sch\u00e4dlich.
