Welche Bedeutung dem Protein zukommt, erf\u00e4hrst Du, wenn Du Dich mit der Herkunft des Wortes besch\u00e4ftigst. Protein kommt aus dem Griechischen und bedeutet ganz grob \u00fcbersetzt: &#8220;Ich nehme den ersten Platz ein&#8221;. Folglich sind Proteine also ungemein wichtig f\u00fcr den menschlichen K\u00f6rper. Damit Dein K\u00f6rper gut funktionieren kann, solltest Du nach M\u00f6glichkeit t\u00e4glich Eiwei\u00df bzw. Eiwei\u00dfprodukte zu Dir nehmen. Denn Proteine sind im K\u00f6rper unter anderem f\u00fcr den Muskelaufbau und auch den Erhalt Deiner Muskeln beteiligt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kommen Proteine in Hormonen, lebenswichtigen Organen, Deinen Zellen vor und stabilisieren zudem Dein Immunsystem. W\u00fcrdest Du ein Protein chemisch auseinandernehmen, w\u00fcrdest Du erkennen, dass Eiwei\u00dfe aus Kohlenstoff, Sauerstoff, Wasserstoff und Stickstoff bestehen. Vor allem Stickstoff spielt in Deinem Organismus eine wichtige Rolle. Doch dies ist l\u00e4ngst nicht alles: die Proteine selbst sind aus bestimmten Bausteinen zusammengesetzt, die auch als Aminos\u00e4uren bezeichnet werden. Von diesen zahlreichen Aminos\u00e4uren ben\u00f6tigt Dein K\u00f6rper rund 20 Arten &#8211; doch acht von diesen Aminos\u00e4uren kann der K\u00f6rper nicht selbst herstellen. Diese Aminos\u00e4uren musst Du deshalb \u00fcber Eiwei\u00dfprodukte, bzw. Lebensmittel aufnehmen. Zu diesen &#8220;essenziellen&#8221; Aminos\u00e4uren z\u00e4hlen beispielsweise Valin, Threorin oder auch Lysin. Eiwei\u00df ist zudem nicht gleich Eiwei\u00df.\u00a0 Sei es nun wegen der Zusammensetzung der Aminos\u00e4uren oder auch der Quelle des
