Die Schienbeine sollten sich dicht an der Langhantelstange befinden. W\u00e4hrend der gesamten \u00dcbungsausf\u00fchrung sollte der K\u00f6rperschwerpunkt auf den Fersen lasten. Das richtige Greifen der Hantelstange stellt ebenfalls ein Erfolgskriterium dar.<\/p><p>Die H\u00e4nde sollten die Hantelstange in einem geringen Abstand von etwa 2 Zentimeter neben den Unterschenkeln umfassen. Dabei kann ein Obergriff oder Kreuzgriff verwendet werden.<\/p><p>Beim Obergriff zeigen beide Handfl\u00e4chen zum K\u00f6rper. Dieser Griff findet haupts\u00e4chlich beim Heben kleinerer Gewichte Verwendung. Bei <strong>schweren Gewichten<\/strong> kommt \u00fcberwiegend der <strong>Kreuzgriff<\/strong> zum Einsatz. Dazu wird eine Hand gedreht, wodurch der Handr\u00fccken einer Hand vom K\u00f6rper weg zeigt und der andere zum K\u00f6rper hin. Welche Hand in welche Richtung zeigt ist eine pers\u00f6nliche Entscheidung. In der Regel wird jedoch die st\u00e4rkere Hand f\u00fcr das Umfassen der Hantelstange im \u00dcbergriff (Handr\u00fccken zeigt nach au\u00dfen) gew\u00e4hlt. F\u00fcr einen besseren Griff verwenden einige Kraftsportler Zughilfen. Nachteilig ist dabei, dass die nat\u00fcrliche Griffkraft dadurch kaum verbessert wird.<\/p><p>Zur Stabilisierung des unteren R\u00fcckens und zum Spannungsaufbau im Rumpf wird von einigen Kraftsportlern ein Gewichtheber-G\u00fcrtel genutzt. Die dadurch bewirkte Entlastung von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muskelmacher-shop.de\/magazin\/training\/muskelgruppen-die-6-wichtigsten-muskelgruppen-muskelmacher-shop\/\">Muskelgruppen<\/a> reduziert allerdings im betroffenen Bereich die Trainingsm\u00f6glichkeiten zum Muskelaufbau.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Zur Ausf\u00fchrung des Kreuzhebens<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Nach dem Umgreifen der Hantelstange sollten sich die Schultern dar\u00fcber befinden und die Hantelstange leicht die Schienbeine ber\u00fchren. Danach erfolgt ein Spannungsaufbau im Bereich von R\u00fccken, Bauch und Ges\u00e4\u00df. Die Brust wird vorgestreckt. Hals und Wirbels\u00e4ulen bleiben gerade und halten dadurch den Kopf in einer neutralen Position. Dadurch ist der Blick auf den Boden gerichtet.<\/p><p>Zur Aufw\u00e4rtsbewegung wird eine Ganzk\u00f6rperspannung aufgebaut, wobei die Fersen fest gegen den Boden gepresst werden. Die Hantelstange wird jetzt entlang der Schienbeine bis zur Knieh\u00f6he nach oben gezogen und die H\u00fcfte nach vorne verschoben. Dabei erfolgt eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Streckung von Ober- und Unterk\u00f6rper. In der Endposition werden die Schultern nach hinten gezogen. Der R\u00fccken wird im Wettkampf au\u00dferdem leicht \u00fcbersteckt. Im Training gen\u00fcgt ein kurzer Stopp nach der normalen R\u00fcckenstreckung, bevor die Abw\u00e4rtsbewegung einsetzt. Diese wird durch das nach hinten verschieben der H\u00fcfte begonnen und erfolgt kontrolliert schnell bis Ursprungslage der Langhantel.
