Zutaten

Wasser, Apfelsaft aus Apfelsaftkonzentrat (20%), Beta-Alanin, Säuerungsmittel: Zitronensäure, Aroma, Süßungsmittel: Acesulfam K, Sucralose, Neotam; Konservierungsmittel: Natriumbenzoat, Kaliumsorbat; Maltodextrin.

Einnahme

Trinke eine Portion (20 ml) etwa 15-30 Minuten vor Trainingsbeginn. Du kannst bis zu 3x täglich eine Portion einnehmen. Vor dem Gebrauch kurz und kräftig schütteln. Nach dem Öffnen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren, innerhalb von 48 Stunden verzehren.

Die Einnahme von Beta-Alanin kann zu kurzzeitigem Hautkribbeln führen. Daher ist es ratsam einzelne Portion von 20 ml mit mindestens 3 Stunden Pause zwischen den Einnahmen zu komsumieren. Der Ostrovit Beta-Alanine Shot ist für Sportler und Sportlerinnen mit erhöhter körperlicher Aktivität bestimmt. Die empfohlene Verzehrmenge nicht überschreiten. Kühl und trocken bei Raumtemperatur lagern. Bitte vor Sonnenlicht und Frost schützen.
