Hast Du schon mal das Scitec Nutrition Taurine ausprobiert? Taurin ist eine Quasi-Aminosäure und kommt natürlicherweise im Körper vor. Als Gegenspieler zum Koffein ist Taurin aus Energy Drinks bekannt, denn es verstärkt die Wirkung des Koffeins. Besonders Menschen, die sich fleischarm ernähren, nehmen nur wenig Taurin über ihre normale Ernährung auf. Es kann sinnvoll sein, das Scitec Nutrition Taurine zu supplementieren. Dosierungen zwischen 0,5 und 6 Gramm Taurin pro Tag sind dabei anzuraten.
