Einnahme

Für Anfänger: Mische ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Training 1/2 Messlöffel (5 Gramm) mit 200 ml kaltem Wasser.

Wirkt und schmeckt

Ich schließe mich der Hauptmeinung zu diesem Booster an: Geschmack tausend mal besser als der Vorgänger, Wirkung ebenfalls deutlich und spürbar verbessert.
